Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using Quolen, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account. Don't share your login credentials.
3. Your data
You own your data. We don't claim ownership of anything you upload, create, or store in Quolen. You can export your data at any time. If you cancel, we'll keep your data available for export for 90 days before deletion.
4. Payments
Quolen is a subscription service billed monthly or annually. We do not process or hold your end-customer payments — invoices are sent designer-to-client directly. Our own subscription billing uses a third-party payment processor. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime. No lock-in contracts, no retention specialists, no penalties. Your data remains exportable for 90 days after cancellation.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Quolen for anything illegal. Don't abuse the service. Don't attempt to access other users' data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We're not liable for downtime, data loss, or damages arising from use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
